Tchotchke Gallery proudly presents a limited edition set of pipes in collaboration with Brooklyn-based ceramicist Ethan Streicher and program artist Elena Redmond. Inspired by a recent sketch of Redmond’s, both artists worked alongside one another to create a functional sculpture that captures their shared exuberance and masterful approach to color. The pipes are slab-built from white stoneware, painted with custom pink underglaze and finished in clear high fire glaze.

In reference to the project, Streicher affirms, “Elena and I set out to create a fun, playful and simplistic pipe in reference to Sweethearts candies and mysterious magic 8 balls.”
